MAC Committee
|
Represent the Board of Directors by processing MAC Application forms and ensure proposals comply with design guidelines. Recommendations for changes to design guidelines are also made by this committee.
These positions are appointed by the CMRRCA Boad of Directors. |

The MAC is currently meeting twice each month to review MAC applications and approve or reject them based on the CMR CC&Rs and the CMR Design & Review Manual. They also lead and propose changes to this manual from time to time. This process was put in place upon the original formation of CMR in 1985.
