Rodent Treatment Notification

Below is a general list of materials used by Animal Pest Management Services, Inc. in order to control different rodent pests. Refer to your contract for pests controlled at your property. Thank you for choosing Animal Pest Management Services, Inc.

Control of gopher, ground squirrel, meadow mouse and rat activity:  Our technician is on site two times per month to control your contracted pest(s) in all landscaped, weeded and irrigated areas of the property.  Each service consists of a complete inspection of all areas and treatment of any areas with fresh activity. 

Gopher Control
Control methods:  Underground use of bait and fumigation. 
Materials used:  Fumitoxin tablets (fumigation) and Strychnine bait.

Ground Squirrel Control
Control methods:  Use of broadcast bait in affected areas and tamper-proof ground squirrel bait stations.
Materials used:  PCQ rodenticide, Zinc Phosphide and Diphacinone (Bait station use)

Meadow Mouse Control
Control methods:  Use of broadcast bait in affected areas. 
Materials used:  PCQ rodenticide and Zinc Phosphide.

Rat and House Mouse Control
Control methods:  Use of bait within tamper-proof rat bait stations.
Materials used:  Maki bait blocks (Bromodiolone).
